Retrieve Override Reasons for Discretionary Comp from ACSC

The Stay - Advanced Casino Systems Corporation (ACSC) integration is enhanced to retrieve the override reasons available in ACSC and display them in Stay when users perform an override to redeem discretionary comp for patrons.

Previously, the override reasons were hardcoded in Stay.

To support this enhancement, the following changes have been made:

• A new button, Re-Sync Override Reasons, has been added to the Casino section of the ACSC interface in the Interface Channel Management screen (All Settings à Administration à Interfaces and Channel Management à Settings à ACSC).

When clicked, the updated override reasons for discretionary comps will be retrieved from ACSC. This button must be clicked whenever the override reasons are updated in ACSC. When the resync is completed successfully, the following message is displayed: Re-Sync override reason code has been completed successfully. When the resync fails, the following message is displayed: Re-Sync override reason code has failed.

• The following new fields have been added to the Override pop-up screen that appears when redeeming discretionary comp and the redemption amount for a posted charge is greater than the discretionary amount available for the patron in ACSC (Reservation à Folios section à More à Comp à Redeem).

Field	Description
Posted Date	The dates when the charges were posted.
Items	The items for which discretionary comp is redeemed.
Reason	This is a single-select drop-down list that displays the override reasons obtained from ACSC. Users can select the preferred reason.
Authorizer Code	The authorizer code previously entered in the Comp screen is populated by default. Users can enter any valid authorizer code in this field.

When the override reason selected or the authorizer code entered is invalid, the discretionary comp is not redeemed successfully, and the following message is displayed: Override reason/authorizer is invalid.
